Carestream nets 10 DR installs at Georgia provider

Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, Ga., has installed 10 of Carestream Health's DR systems in its trauma center, radiology department and outpatient imaging center.

The 282-bed hospital implemented a Carestream DRX-Evolution in the emergency department, two Carestream DRX-1 systems in the radiology department and five Carestream DRX-1 Mobile Retrofit kits that are used to image patients in the intensive care unit, neonatal intensive care unit, emergency department and surgical suites as well as inpatient rooms. Two DRX systems also were installed at Hamilton Diagnostics Center, an outpatient imaging facility, according to Rochester, N.Y.-based Carestream.
