Data mine: Rates of hospitals with access to imaging center

The Annual Survey Database from the American Hospital Association (AHA) released data showing the percentage of hospitals with access to an imaging center.

On a national average, access to a screening center is 33 percent, an increase of 3 percent between 2012 and 2014. State percentages are also provided as well. 

These findings were collected by hospitals that responded to the annual survey question and include hospitals with access to service through a system, network or joint arrangement with another facility.
