AFP Imaging becomes ImageWorks

Medical imaging technology provider AFP Imaging has changed its name to ImageWorks, following the company’s first year under new ownership.

The Elmsford, N.Y.-based company, which manufactures dental, veterinary and medical imaging products, said it will continue to keep its brands, including Dent-X, NewTom, EVA and MiniMed, the same. In addition, all existing warranties, service agreements and partnerships will remain intact.

ImageWorks will now focus on the development of a dedicated customer center, with multi-modality communications and a training and development program for digital imaging and cone beam CT customers, distribution partners and its employees.
