Carestream demos 3D tools at Volumique Conference

Carestream Health showcased the latest developments to its CT image post-processing PACS software in a series of cardiac, vascular and oncology demonstrations, Jan. 24 and 25 at the 5th Scanner Volumique Conference held in Nancy, France.

Carestream PACS includes automatic segmention of all vessels, automatic synchronization of exams, multi-planar reconstruction, volume rendering, stenosis quantification and measurement tools and fusion for CT, MR, PET and mammography, the Rochester, N.Y. company said. Carestream PACS comes integrated with 3D image post-processing and is intended for use with radiology, cardiology, oncology and orthopedic procedures.
