Bederra completes acquisition of Texas Mobile Health

Bederra has completed the acquisition of Houston-based Texas Mobile Health (TMH), which provides mobile diagnostic imaging services such as echocardiograms, stress testing and other diagnostic services to physicians, clinics and corporations.

Although the terms of the deal were not announced, Bederra, also of Houston, said the acquisition is expected to add more than $2 million to its gross revenues.

Under the terms of the acquisition, TMH now will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Bederra. The acquisition is the first of several acquisitions the Bederra plans to make as it increases its assets and facilities as a diversified medical services provider, the company stated.
