CoActiv unveils Auto-Fetch archive

CoActiv Medical is debuting a new archiving solution that provides for the automated recall of relevant prior exams as new images are acquired.

The new product, Auto-Fetch, eliminates the need for exam pre-fetching. The offering also includes an automated data-migration feature for sites transitioning from existing archiving solutions, according to the Ridgefield, Conn.-based CoActiv. Auto-Fetch works with CoActiv Exam-PACS, other existing PACS solutions and directly with multiple modalities in the absence of a PACS.

As part of the service, CoActiv said it will store five to ten years of exams on a local Exam-Vault archive at the imaging site.
