Digirad appoints Sayward to board

The board of directors of Digirad has named John W. Sayward as the board’s director and audit committee chairman, effective immediately.

Sayward replaces Raymond Dittamore, who resigned from the board as audit committee chairman and retired from business.

According to Digirad, Sayward has more than 30 years of finance, accounting, operational and administrative experience in the healthcare industry, and has previously served on the board of a public pharmaceuticals company.
