Hughes becomes CFO at Medipattern

New Century Medipattern has appointed John Hughes chief financial officer (CFO), effective Feb. 1.

Hughes will replace Mark Greenspan, who has served as CFO and a member of the board of directors of Medipattern since 2002. Greenspan will continue to serve as a director at Medipattern, according to the Toronto-based company.

Previously, Hughes was in private practice, servicing clients in public accounting, refinancing strategies, and business plan formation and implementation. Most recently, Hughes served as director, co-CEO and CFO of Recapture Metals Limited, a producer and refiner of minor metals and compounds for application in the technology sector.
