New leadership for Agfa's Germany, Austria and Switzerland operations announced

Agfa has appointed Thomas Pasold as country manager with responsibility of leading its healthcare operations for the combined market of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Before joining Agfa in February 2005, Pasold was sales & marketing director at Torex GAP. Pasold has over 20 years of experience in healthcare IT. He will report to Paul Veithen, General Manager Agfa Europe.

Also, Michael Wagemann has been assigned leadership of the Imaging business unit in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with its more than 120 employees. According to Agfa, the Imaging business unit is vitally important because of its size and business value. Wagemann will report directly to Thomas Pasold.
