Partners adds Compuware Vantage

Partners HealthCare has selected Compuware's Vantage, a component of the company's Business Service Delivery solution for monitoring application service quality with its EMR system.

"We chose Compuware Business Service Delivery because it gives us real-time visibility into the end-user experience of our clinicians and physicians to identify and resolve issues before they have a chance to impact patient care," said John P. Glaser, chief information officer at the Boston-based Partners. Partners' EMR system is used by more than 6,000 doctors and nurses.
