QuadraMed selects Dunn as new sales, marketing VP

Healthcare technology provider QuadraMed has named Thomas J. Dunn as its senior vice president of sales and marketing.

According to the Reston, Va.-based company, Dunn brings with him more than 25 years of enterprise healthcare technology experience. His most recent role was vice president and executive team member at St. Petersburg, Fla.-based health management company CareMedic.

QuadraMed and Dunn have entered into an employment agreement, an inducement stock option agreement and a proprietary information and non-competition agreement. In connection with Dunn’s hiring, the company granted Dunn options to purchase 70,000 shares of the company's common stock at an exercise price equal to the company's closing stock price on Dunn's start date of Jan. 5.

The options have a 10-year term and vest 25 percent on the first anniversary of the date of grant and 75 percent in 36 equal monthly installments following such anniversary, according to the company.
