Tommy Thompson joins Picis' Board of Directors

Tommy G. Thompson, former Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), has been elected to the board of directors of Picis. Thompson, who spearheaded the nationwide movement to adopt healthcare information technology as a means to improve patient care, increase efficiencies and reduce costs during his tenure at HHS, brings nearly 40 years of public service experience to Picis.
