A new pregnancy trend is having expectant mothers turn their nails into works of art featuring images of their unborn baby’s sonogram. The results are taking social media by storm, according to a recent report by People.com.

Many moms-to-be are requesting a manicure showcasing their ultrasound photos for gender-reveal parties, baby showers or to remember babies they have lost to a miscarriage, according to the article.

Some women who are expecting twins or more are having multiple sonograms painted on their nails to represent each baby.
