Agfa to market Impax with Nexsan green storage systems

Nexsan, a provider of long-term storage, has entered into a marketing agreement with Agfa HealthCare to provide systems for capturing, processing, storing and archiving images in hospitals and other healthcare facilities.

As part of the agreement, Agfa has certified the Thousand Oaks, Calif.-based Nexsan’s green storage solutions with its Impax (5.2 and 6.0) PACS and its Impax Data Center, a new PACS vendor-neutral enterprise archiving solution.

The certified Nexsan products include the company’s Sata line of high-density storage solutions and Nexsan Assureon, a long-term archiving system, according to Agfa.
