Insite One, SOURCECORP launch storage solution

InSite One and SOURCECORP Radiology Archiving and Imaging of Louisville, Ky, have jointly developed an archive service offering.

The product addresses the need for healthcare institutions to manage their imaging data in a single-source, vendor neutral managed storage solution, according to Mitchell Goldburgh, senior vice president of marketing and business development at Wallingford, Conn.-based InSite One.

InSite One said its InDex storage management services deliver a suite of standards-based solutions that adhere to DICOM, HL7 and XDS (cross document sharing) protocols. The on-demand repository allows retrieval of clinical information throughout the enterprise with retention for their legal-life in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
