Agfa, TRIBVN partner to integrate pathology + radiology images

Agfa HealthCare has signed a collaboration agreement with TRIBVN for the global distribution of a system integrating digital pathology and radiology images.

The image management system can be integrated with existing laboratory information systems. It includes a whole-slide scanning device, and workstations to allow pathologists to view digital pathology images and to use analysis tools. The pathologists can select specific regions of interest to be integrated into the radiology department's PACS.
