Medical equipment manufacturer, Quantum Medical Imaging has completed an installation of a Q-RAD DRX System at the Family Health Center in Bristol, CT. The sale and installation was facilitated by Parker X-Ray based in East Hartford, CT a Quantum / Carestream “Gold Star” Dealer.

The Hospital of Central Connecticut (HOCC) recently opened its new Family Health Center in Bristol Connecticut which is part of Hartford HealthCare.  The 15,000 square feet center includes a primary care and walk-in medical office open seven days a week, an outpatient lab, a radiology center, and the HOCC Wound Care Center. The Family Health Center will also be the primary location of HOCC’s Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine program. The Q-RAD DRX System installed at the Family Health Center in Bristol Connecticut features a fully integrated x-ray room that includes, a Ceiling Mounted Tube Support with TechVision, a single DRX Wireless Cesium Detector, a QT-750 Elevating Float-Top Table with Wireless-On-Demand, a Fixed 43x43 Cesium Detector in the QW-420 Wall Stand and a 50kW Generator for improved patient care at Family Health Center in Bristol Connecticut.
