ACL Labs chose Accenx EMR

The West Allis, Wis.-based ACL Laboratories, which provides clinical and industrial laboratory testing, has chosen health information exchange (HIE) company Accenx Exchange EMR.

According to the Irvine, Calif.-based Accenx, a typical integrated healthcare system outreach laboratory like ACL does not have the staffing and resources to accommodate client needs.

The partnership of ACL and Accenx can provide clients with the interface services their practice demands, said Vince Grzetich, vice president, sales and marketing at ACL Laboratories.

On Oct. 30, Accenx Technologies was acquired by the Chicago-based Initiate Systems.
