NovaRad adds three imaging centers to PACS roster

NovaRad has secured contracts for its NovaPACS product with three imaging centers in Georgia, Ohio and Ontario, Canada.

The facilities are:
  • Chatham Radiology PA in Savannah, Ga.;
  • Youngstown Associates in Radiology in Youngstown, Ohio; and
  • Kente X-Ray in Bellville, Ontario.
NovaPACS offers fast image retrieval, full-feature viewer with seven-year, onsite archive with offsite emergency backup. Full-screen viewing, easy-to-use menus and mouse-based functions are available to give referring physicians access to images and reports from any computer. Developed on the same platform as NovaPACS, NovaRIS generates reports, measures profitability and facilitates paperless management of patient records, according to the American Fork, Utah-based NovaRad.
