Aurora wins MRI install at Loma Linda University Medical

Loma Linda University Medical Center in California has installed the Aurora 1.5Tesla dedicated breast MRI system from Aurora Imaging Technology.

The system is an FDA-cleared, dedicated breast MRI system, designed for 3D bilateral breast imaging, according to the North Andover, Mass.-based Aurora.

The Aurora Breast MRI is housed within the Breast Health Center of the Loma Linda University Cancer Center. With a total of 974 beds, the Loma Linda University health system averages more than 30,000 inpatient discharges and roughly 500,000 outpatient visits a year.
