Auroras MRI system added to N.J. hospital

Aurora Imaging Technology of North Andover, Mass., has implemented the Aurora 1.5 Tesla dedicated breast MRI system at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center in New Jersey.

Aurora reported its MRI system is designed for 3D bilateral breast imaging, capturing full coverage of both breasts, the chest wall and axillae in a single scan.

Englewood Hospital and Medical Center is a 520-bed acute care, community teaching hospital, which is affiliated with the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City.  Aurora’s MRI system at Englewood will also be available to the Leslie Simon Breast Care and Cytodiagnosis Center.
