Axolotl inks Bloomington HIE contract

Healthcare information technology firm Axolotl of Mountain View, Calif., announced that it has been selected by Bloomington Hospital and the physician community in Southern Indiana to deploy its Elysium system across the HealthBridge health information exchange (HIE) network.

HealthBridge of Cincinnati and Axolotl have contracted with Bloomington Hospital, a founding partner of the E-Health Collaborative (formerly BEHC), to provide technical support, usage reports, consulting and process implementation assistance for the HIE.
