Banner Health selects Phytel application

Banner Arizona Medical Group (BAMG) has selected Phytel to help develop its population health management program.

BAMG, which is part of Phoenix, Ariz.-based Banner Health, plans to roll out Phytel’s Proactive Patient Outreach and appointment reminder services to primary care doctors and specialists in all of its sites.

Phytel’s software will help BAMG establish the health status and recommended care of all the patients in its practice, according to the Dallas, Texas-based provider of automated health improvement systems.
