Benefitfocus automates CareFirst enrollment process

CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield has selected Benefitfocus Technology’s eEnrollment software to streamline the mid-market and small group enrollment process for more than 3.1 million CareFirst members.

According to the Charleston, S.C.-based Benefitfocus, its eEnrollment will automate any form of eligibility and will also extend automation process by electronically capturing data for their ancillary carriers who offer life, disability, COBRA, payroll and dental products.
