Blekinge County Council signs five-year deal with Sectra

Blekinge County Council in Sweden is expanding its relationship with Sectra for handling patient information and radiology images via a new five-year contract comprising both the radiology and mammography departments. The order value amounts to just over $1 million.
   
Blekinge County Council has been using Sectra's software to manage digital radiology images through a PACS, and is now investing in a common system that can handle all patient data through a RIS from radiology and mammography departments. The contract also includes service and upgrade agreements.
