Casa Grande Regional Medical Center implements InSiteOne's Advanced Digital Storage and Archiving

InSiteOne, a provider of web-enabled on-site and off-site digital medical image storage and archiving, announced installation of its InDex solution at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center (CGRMC) in Casa Grande, Ariz.  This 200-bed, acute-care facility chose InSiteOne InDex because its pay-as-you-go application service provider (ASP) model will enable the hospital's digital storage capacity to keep pace with its rapid growth and in the forefront of technology.

CGRMC projects completing 80,000 imaging procedures this year in the hospital imaging department and its satellite freestanding imaging center that offer CR, 16-slice CT, high field MRI and mammography.

The InSiteOne archive was implemented to support the hospital's new Misys PACS. InSiteOne reports that they worked with the PACS vendor prior to installation to provide the hospital with a fully integrated turnkey digital solution that was up and running quickly.

InSiteOne's InDex product line offers a complete range of secure, reliable and cost-effective DICOM storage solutions including short-term on-site storage on RAID or SAN, as well as secure off-site permanent archiving on DVD in two redundant data centers. Complementing this, new InDex Recovery provides off-site disaster recovery storage for medical images, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
