Children's Hospital Boston selects eClinicalWorks EMR/PM solution

Children's Hospital Boston, one of the top pediatric hospitals in the United States, has purchased licenses of eClinicalWorks unified EMR and practice management (PM) software for its primary care network.

As part of the agreement, eClinicalWorks said it will work with the Pediatric Physicians' Organization at Children's to build a pediatric-specific disease registry reporting module, the hospital said.

The hospital will host the solution using a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model so members are able to access the system via the internet, according to the Westborough, Mass.-based company.
