Colorado provider to deploy Wolters Kluwer software for coding

Exempla Healthcare, a Denver-based nonprofit health system, has selected Wolters Kluwer Health’s ProVation MD software for gastroenterology and pulmonary procedure documentation and coding.

ProVation software assists the coding and billing process and compliance by producing complete procedure notes, stated Minneapolis-based Wolters Kluwer.

Exempla, sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System and Community First Foundation, will deploy ProVation MD across three Colorado hospitals:
  • The 400-bed Exempla Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge;
  • The 565-bed Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver; and
  • The 234-bed Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center in Lafayette.
