Fujifilm garners two U.S. DR installs

Fujifilm Medical Systems USA has announced two Fuji DR (FDR) sales at Bassett Healthcare of Cooperstown, N.Y., and Swedish Covenant Hospital of Chicago, which have resulted in the purchase of 20 new systems. 

Bassett, a 180-bed, acute care, inpatient teaching facility, has purchased 14 FDR systems to replace its existing analog x-ray systems. 
 
Swedish Covenant, with more 550 physicians, is replacing an existing DR system and converting its remaining analog x-ray systems with six FDR systems.
