HMS scores contract in Arizona

Healthcare IT developer and provider Healthcare Management Systems (HMS) has been selected by Mesa, Ariz.-based Arizona Regional Medical Center to provide the facility with hospital information system applications.

The hospital said it would begin to implement the new software package this month, according to the Nashville, Tenn.-based HMS, in the hopes of gaining improved interoperability.
