Hologic signs exclusive pact with Clarian Health Partners

Hologic Inc. has signed an exclusive, three-year agreement with Clarian Health Partners Inc. for the purchase and sale of Hologic's Lorad line of analog and digital mammography products and stereotactic breast biopsy systems.

 The exclusive pact includes computer-aided detection (CAD) systems from R2 Technology Inc. Associated X-Ray Services Inc. will supply the Hologic products to Clarian.

 Clarian Health Partners includes Methodist Hospital, Indiana University Hospital and Riley Hospital for Children. The Indiana-based, private, non-profit organization features tertiary services, specialized pediatric care and a Level 1 trauma center.
