Illinois hospital chooses Eclipsys for revenue cycle software

Eclipsys has entered an agreement with long-term client Blessing Hospital to deploy its Sunrise Enterprise revenue cycle solutions.

Plans call for the Quincy, Ill.-based Blessing to implement integrated applications within Eclipsys' Sunrise Enterprise suite of solutions--Sunrise Patient Financials with Dashboard, Sunrise Enterprise Registration and Sunrise Enterprise Scheduling--components of which are delivered on the XA extended architecture, according to the Atlanta-based company.

With integrated administrative, financial and clinical applications, Blessing's authorized system users will gain single log-on access to patient demographics, scheduling information and EMRs across multiple venues without administrative disruptions, Eclipsys said.
