Indiana clinic completes eRAD PACS install

The Hammond Clinic in Munster, Ind., is now operational with an eRad PACS, from eRAD, a provider of web-enabled PACS and teleradiology products.

Diagnostic images can be acquired at any of the three Hammond Clinic locations, using CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, CR and ultrasound modalities, according to the Greenville, S.C.-based eRAD. The company said that images and the radiology reports are made available to referring physicians and medical specialists using the web-enabled eRAD system.

The Hammond Clinic, a healthcare provider serving northwest Indiana, said the addition of PACS completes the conversion to an all digital radiology department.
