Inland Imaging, Seattle Radiologists to merge
Inland Imaging Associates and Seattle Radiologists plan to combine their two professional radiology groups, effective Jan. 1, 2013.
The new company will have 97 radiologists and 20 non-physician staff members, making it one of the largest professional radiology practices in the Western U.S., according to a release from Spokane, Wash.-based Inland Imaging.
Each group will retain their individual local brand identities. Inland Imaging will continue its imaging center operations under CEO Steve Duvoisin, who will also serve as CEO of the newly formed group. Seattle Radiologists’ outpatient diagnostic imaging center will be led by CEO Karen Leppert.
