Merge updates EDC software

Health IT services developer Merge Healthcare has updated its web-based clinical trial analytics tool etrials Enterprise EDC (Electronic Data Capture).

According to the Milwaukee-based company, myEDC is a web-based self-service program that can be used for trials ranging from large registry to early phase, academic research and investigator-initiated trials.

The latest version of Enterprise EDC now contains a rules engine and notification module to allow for SAE reconciliation workflow, the company added.
