Misys lands multiple EMR installs

Misys Healthcare Systems has expanded the scope of Misys EMR, landing 25 additional installs at medical practices across the United States.

Misys EMR - part of the Misys Optimum - is an electronic medical record system that expedites record keeping processes and enables physicians to retrieve and input patient data anywhere from a PC, handheld or wireless device. The product provides electronic capabilities for routine tasks related to clinical data (such as transcription, imaging, orders management, messaging and prescription writing), as well as a wireless point-of-care for physicians in the examination room.
