New installs of WebMD RIS, Intergy PACS

WebMD Practice Services has announced installs of its Intergy PACS, a system powered by Dynamic Imaging's IntragradWeb, and the companies Radiology Information Solution (RIS) at two different facilities.

NYDIC Open MRI of America has chosen the Intergy PACS for its Montvale, N.J. facility. The imaging center organization includes 28 facilities in all. The move to the web-based system reflects the organization's desire to enable radiologists to have remote access to all of the tools available through the PACS, including referring physicians.

New England Health Enterprises (NEHE) of Concord, Mass., will install WebMD's comprehensive RIS at the organization's four MRI sites. A boost in workflow and practice efficiency is NEHE's motivation behind the investment. NEHE also will be installing Intergy PACS.
