Northridge Hospital Medical selects Medhost
Medhost of Addison, Texas, has announced that Northridge Hospital Medical Center has implemented Medhost’s emergency department information system.
Northridge Hospital Medical Center, a 425-bed, not-for-profit hospital, serves 1.9 million residents of the San Fernando Valley in California. The Emergency Service department treats more than 50,000 patients per year.
Northridge, the flagship hospital of Catholic Healthcare West, a 42-hospital system, said they chose Medhost to automate its emergency department because of its user-friendly touch screen, design and flexibility in customization.
Additionally, Northridge will use Medhost’s EDMS ToolKit to make modifications to existing system documentation templates.
