N.Y. facility taps Wolters Kluwer to automates order sets

St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center of Syracuse, N.Y., has selected Wolters Kluwer Health’s ProVation Order Sets, powered by UpToDate Decision Support, to automate the creation, deployment and maintenance of evidence-based order sets.

The 431-bed St. Joseph's is a comprehensive medical care institution dedicated to providing quality healthcare to the residents of 16 counties in central N.Y.

ProVation Order Sets is a customizable order set authoring and management application that provides integration into clinical processes to assist the delivery of standardized care for patient safety, outcomes, clinician performance and regulatory compliance, according to Wolters Kluwer.
