N.Y. network unifies customer management software with Reach3

HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley, a health network of N.Y.-based community hospitals, has chosen to implement customer relationship management software company Reach3’s CRM Custom tool to strengthen its consumer and patient marketing campaigns.

HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley arose in 2009, aligning Benedictine Hospital, Kingston Hospital and Margaretville Hospital. With the formation of the new group, the organization restructured its service-line offerings, according to the Verona, Wis.-based Reach3.

The web-based architecture of the hospital CRM is anticipated to assist HealthAlliance unify its brand identity, Reach3 stated.
