OhioHealth adds athenahealth cloud service

OhioHealth, a network of nonprofit hospitals and healthcare organizations, has selected cloud-based service provider athenahealth’s athenaCommunicator, to manage patient interactions triggered by practice staff or by automated routines.

The decision to implement athenaCommunicator for its growing network of physicians was a result of OhioHealth’s interest in harnessing the volumes of data accessible through athenaCollector to improve collection services and patient communications, the Watertown, Mass.-based company stated.
