Philips adds three sites to Brilliance iCT installed base

Philips Healthcare has installed its Brilliance iCT system at the University of Chicago Medical Center (UCMC); the Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) in Portland, Ore.; and Villas Boas Clinic in Brasília, Brazil.

These sites will utilize the iCT for use with many different patient needs, including cardiac, bariatric, trauma and pediatric patients, according to Philips.

In 2008, there were 40 institutions worldwide who installed the Brilliance iCT, Philips said.
