RSS DiMed announces PACS/RIS/wireless digital installation for Canadian clinics

Credit Valley Diagnostic Centre, one of the largest private imaging clinics in Ontario (Mississauga and Meadowvale Town Centre), Canada, announced it completed conversion and is operating with a fully automated and paperless workflow, digital imaging for x-ray and ultrasound (DR), remote wireless connectivity between clinics and reading radiologists, voice dictation, comprehensive electronic billing, reconciliation and disbursement, and referring physician access to images and reports.

RSS DiMed provided the totally integrated PACS/RIS known as "ALL-IN-ONE MIOD" (Medical Imaging On Demand), which has allowed for increased patient throughput and decreased waiting times, more efficient use of the imaging equipment and facilities, reduction of administrative overhead and better patient care.
