San Francisco chooses Plexis for health IT deployment

San Francisco Health Plan (SFHP) has selected Plexis Claims Manager from Ashland, Ore.-based Plexis Healthcare to provide benefits administration, electronic data interchange, as well as provide analytic and reporting processing for the San Francisco Department of Public Health’s new Healthy San Francisco program. The SFHP is a city-sponsored health plan providing health insurance to more than 50,000 its residents.

According to Plexis, SFHP also chose Plexis EDIWorks for HIPAA-ready electronic data interchange and Plexis Analytics for real-time online analytic processing and reporting requirements.
