Scottish digital retinopathy installation concluded

The National Health Service (NHS) Scotland has finalized the rollout of a digital retinopathy screening service for diabetes utilizing web-based technology from Siemens Medical Solutions.

The NHS Scotland is now able to offer all patients age 12 and older with diabetic retinopathy screening. The screening program utilizes Siemens’ Soarian Integrated Care application to manage and support its services.
