Sectra inks multi-site PACS deal in Midwest

Medical IT systems provider Sectra has been selected as the PACS provider for a Cleveland-based health system, University Hospitals.

Under the terms of the five-year agreement, the Linköping, Sweden based company said its PACS and direct service and support will be implemented into Northeast Ohio’s multi-site health system. By way of RapidConnect, University Hospitals will leverage Sectra’s PACS to provide radiology services to a distributed group of hospitals and outpatient healthcare facilities, said Sectra.
