Sectra nets German order for digital mammo system

A new private practice in Munich slated to open in December will install Sectra's digital mammography system, Sectra MicroDose Mammography.

Sectra MicroDose Mammography is an easy-to-use digital system that is equipped with a new digital detector that enables dramatically reduced radiation doses without compromising image quality. Sectra also touts the system as the lowest dose system on the market.

The new practice will focus on the low-dose concept and will offer its customers a significant reduction in radiation doses, Sectra said.
