Siemens nets $267M defense contract for imaging systems
Siemens Medical Solutions has won a contract to supply radiology systems, subsystems and components on behalf of the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies.
The contract is for one year and allows the agencies named in the contract to buy up to $267 million of equipment from Siemens. The company said the contract has six one-year options.
