Stereotaxis sells four Odyssey systems
Stereotaxis has sold four Odyssey systems to the Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia Institute at St. David’s Medical Center in Austin, Texas. One of the systems will manage the institute’s Niobe Remote Magnetic Navigation electrophysiology (EP) lab and the other three will manage its non-Niobe EP labs.
Odyssey workstations standardize data integration for magnetic and standard interventional labs through a consolidated display of multiple systems. Odyssey Cinema synchronizes the data from multiple interventional lab systems that can be viewed live or from an archive of cases performed. According to the company, the Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia Institute will be able to utilize the Odyssey network to connect with specific facilities globally.
St. Louis-based Stereotaxis said this was the largest Odyssey order to date.
