Telerad firm selects Accelarad's cloud-based imaging platform

San Diego-based International Teleradiology (ITC) has selected medical imaging cloud computing company Accelarad’s SeeMyRadiology.com cloud-based, software-as-a-service medical imaging platform for the reading, management and storage of its diagnostic images.

Using SeeMyRadiology.com, ITC and other radiology groups can perform remote reading across geographic boundaries with greater control over report turnaround times and distribution to clients and referring doctors, according to the Atlanta-based Accelarad.

The Universal Worklist combines multiple sites and SeeMyRadiology.com radiology power tools that include viewers for embedded dictation, transcription with voice recognition, template reporting and management reporting tools, according to the company.
